1. Services Provided
iRepair provides diagnostics and repair services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices. Services can be requested through online booking, walk-in visits, or phone calls.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Estimates are based on initial diagnostics and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified.
- Deposits may be required for ordering replacement parts.
- Payments are non-refundable once repair work begins unless the service cannot be completed.
3. Warranty on Repairs
- All repairs completed by iRepair include a limited warranty on parts and workmanship.
- Warranty duration varies depending on the repair type and will be communicated at the time of service.
- Warranty becomes void if:
- The device is opened by another technician
- The device suffers liquid damage or physical damage after pickup
- Software is modified by a third party after repair
Warranty applies only to the specific part repaired and does not cover unrelated issues.
4. Data & Backup Responsibility
While iRepair takes precautions to protect customer data, repairs sometimes require resets or replacements that may cause data loss.
Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all data before leaving their device for repair.
iRepair shall not be held responsible for loss of data, files, passwords, apps, or stored information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iRepair is not responsible for:
- Loss of data or files
- Pre-existing or hidden damage inside the device
- Additional faults discovered after opening the device
- Delays caused by shipping or parts suppliers
Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate device and contact information
- Not submit stolen or illegally obtained devices
- Collect your repaired device within the communicated timeframe (unclaimed devices may be recycled or disposed of per state regulations)
7. Repair Time & Parts Availability
We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible. However:
- Completion times depend on parts availability and diagnostic results
- iRepair is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or logistic partners
8. Use of the Website
Users agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with or hack the website
- Upload malicious or illegal content
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission from iRepair
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the iRepair website — including logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text, and design — is the property of iRepair.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
